You are the man. If I could be anyone, it would be you, or Wilt Chamberlain, but most likely you.
Seriously, I was hoping someone would do this.
And it looks like I'll be going with DD for more my rails.
i'd be curious to see how much the DD rails would weigh with a steel barrel nut... didn't they offer that a few years ago?
And I looked, and behold a pale horse and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him.
For God and the soldier we adore, In time of danger, not before! The danger passed, and all things righted, God is forgotten and the soldier slighted." - Rudyard Kipling
Sorry, my previous comment was a little homage to "Evan Almighty". But that's beside the point. Rob, I think you may have missed your calling.
Sweet. Someone who loves excel charts as much as me...
Perhaps an additional column denoting Barrel Nut Material? I'm deciding on a build right now and I'd be interested to see what the numbers come out to be for the 12" VIS and the 12" SWS rails.
Well done. How about adding round FF tubes (VTAC, PRI) and then IDing the number of rail slots available with their add-on rail sections?
No Mk18 RIS II rails?

It's the strongest rail DD makes. It's made from a solid piece of aluminum not an extrusion. It mounts similarly to the Lite Rail but doesn't require the gas tube to go through a portion like the Lite Rail when mounting the rail over a low-profile gas block. I 'shaved' my FSB to fit under my Mk18 rail and installed the gas block and gas tube before installing the top rail. Bottom rail is held on with 4 side screws like the Omega rail.
Here's mine mounted on my 12.5" SBR.
