    PPU/Wolf Gold .223 55gn

    Hi all,

Widener's and AIM both have these in stock for decent prices. I assume they're identical? What do the bullets look like? Non boat tail I assume? Cannelure?

    Thanks!

A better question: How's the brass for reloading?

That's the only way to judge most ammo you can find.... Will I be able to make something GOOD out of it eventually.

Prvi/PPU brass has historically been a pain for me.... most of it is very stubborn and going into my shell holders.

Hmmm... I have 1,000 rounds of PPU 7.62NATO, which I'm hoping to reload, ultimately. The guys over on TFL say it's as good as any other brass...

This has been with 5.56 only. Never tried 7.62.
