11.5" SBR/Suppressed Build
It's long overdue for me.. I've been wanting to build my AR for far too long and tired of building buddies and seeing them enjoy the fruits of my labor.
I've physically got everything to finish the build but the BCG and the Form 1. So my apologies on the lack of pictures. Nobody wants to see a pile of parts.
Anyhow.. Below is the "Build Sheet" of what I've put together. I wanted to get some opinions and feedback from those of you with similar setups regarding the carrier. I spent a good bit of time researching things and all fingers pretty much point me to the LMT Enhanced Carrier w/ a std. bolt. For a rifle that will see a bit of time firing unsuppressed, will this "bleed" off too much gas when shooting milder ammo? I'd love to hear some thoughts.

The custom build area is a place to show off/discuss and ask questions and get feedback about your completed custom build (this means a completed AR that is functional and already completed). If you are going to post pictures of your build, please post a complete picture not just your parts, partial lowers, etc....
Also, buying an upper separate and then a lower and throwing them together does not constitute a custom build. It would be nice if you took time to explain how you came to your decision and explain your set up. Thanks.
If you do not follow the guidelines and your post disappears it's probably because it was moved to the trash or deleted.
