    M1 Garand pic thread

The sights on each Garand are a law unto themselves. Mine which is a 42 Springfield was exactly two clicks up from mechanical bottom to put it dead on at 100 and one more for two and three more for three. Easy to remember 2-3-6. Dont know where futher out as I cant see that far.

My sons which is a last year of production springfield took eleven clicks up from bottom to get it on at 100.

The Greek ammo really is non corrosive too. Good stuff. Not quite as accurate as some old Tiwanese stuff I have but it is corrosive.

I have shot that Mini G of Shawn L's. That is a beautiful gun and a nice shooter. I have always wanted a M1 and after that my Colt AR became expendable. I now have a Springfield Armory November 1943 M1. Thanks Shawn!!
