I don't own a BC. I have a 14.5" BCM middy with a perm'd FSC556. So, I can give an apples-to-oranges (though still potentially helpful) assessment of flash and blast in relative terms between the two (though the PA-AFAB will be on an 18" RA Mountain barrel w/ rifle gas).
