Sorry man, I hadn't actually read your post when I posted that. Now I understand, lol. I had already had my eye set on the mk2 rail for my upper build. it was the mk2 vs noveske nsr and now vs this. I know this ones not as "top tier" as the other two, but at least its not UTG!

Looks good to me. Do not know of more rail for the money. Street price likely less. I will buy one for my next free float.

I like it. I think it will really sweep the market for the people looking at lower cost stuff for custom builds without using the stock barrel nut. I had a Seekins BAR that used a similar barrel nut and shim setup, worked nicely.

Aren't MI rails already that cheap? Wouldn't this be about the same quality as them?

I just placed my grubby little mitts on this new rail today. The barrel nut design/material/fitment aspect to it alone is worth what it's gonna cost. Anti rotation, lockup, rigidity is just awesome, especially considering the cost. Install is stupid easy. Ton of Geissele feel in this design, and end product. It's a real winner!

ETA....did I mention this rail in super LW, and modular

It appears to be a basic extrusion, much like many others. The less time an item spends on the machines, the less it costs to make and sell. I have no doubt this rail will sell well.

If it is anything like my ALG QMS Trigger they should be charging a lot more for the quality you are getting.
