Hinderer XM-18, Spyderco Sage 2, or Spyderco Leaf depending on what I'm doing. The subtle features of the XMs frame make it really comfortable and solid in a variety of different grips. The Sage 2 actually shares some of those features in a more rounded style and without as many details. The Leaf is for when I want something very small and light, and its also easy to keep razor sharp. I've started gravitating toward smaller, thinner titanium frame locks so I have my eye out for a 3" X-18 these days. I keep them sharp with a Wicked Edge sharpener. It's one of those things where I don't know why I used a crappy $30 sharpener on expensive knives all these years. The WE is excellent.

Most days I carry a Benchmade Mini Griptilian.

When I'm at the fire station I usually carry the full size version.

Nothing fancy for me. Just a Spyderco Wave.
If I am in a suit or more formal clothes I will carry a small Kershaw. Not the best I know but it is less threatening and easier to keep around in that type of outfit.

My EDC blades get abused harshly. I work in a store, so im always cutting bands, twine, boxes, etc...... I like to buy good knives, but not expensive ones. My daily carry right now is a SOG SOGZilla. Its sturdy enough, holds a decent edge, and is big enough for most jobs. Im happy with it right now.

Folder: either a Spyderco Paramilitary 2 or Sniper Bladeworks LPC.
Fixed: either Jonathan Mcnees small recurve or John Barker Doberman

I'm by no means knowledgeable about different blades, but this knife has suited my needs over the years:

    CRKT Crawford Kasper.

Picked one up when I was stationed in Africa...got stolen a few years later, but I found another one on EBay for cheap.

How do you like that Buck CSAR folder? I was interested in those a while back, then decided they were a little weighty for me (for EDC pocket carry). But they look very stout.

Either a Rick Hinderer 3.5" XM-18 slicer or a 4" XM-24 Spanto. Outstanding knives. I usually have a Leatherman Skeletool clipped to my support side pocket as well. Both are invaluable tools.

I usually carry a Kershaw Onion. It's served me really well.
