    Benchmade Griptillian.

I'm currently exploring switching to a fixed blade for EDC; leaning towards the ESEE Izula.

That would be a good one. Can't use a fixed blade in my work but if I worked outside I surely would.

Because of size or actual rules?

The ESEE Candiru is a tiny little shit, but it's a very usable blade. I posted a photo of it, last post on the last page.

Very doable, I say give it a try. I EDC'd an Izula II in a front pocket for a while.

For work, I keep a Buck 110 on a belt sheath and a Fred Perrin La Griffe around the neck. Universities can be finicky about things, so I leave the Emerson at home. Been looking at keeping an IWB folder, like a CRKT Spew, or a TDI Hinderer, but am curious on how it would ride.

I have the small TDI and it is very comfortable. They designed it well

The Izula is a great knife, I just carry mine in back pocket behind my wallet.

I guess because I've always thought of fixed blades as a belt knife. I do have a smaller fixed that would fit nicely in front pocket. Might have to try it!
