Got my Form 1 back yesterday and finally finished my first SBR.

Upper:
PSA forged receiver
Special Ops Tactical 10.5" melonite barrel 1:7 with nickel boron barrel extension

The NFA gods must be happy with me. My form 4 for my first suppressor just came back. Approved just 7 days after the form 1 for this rifle

Congrats man. When did you submit your F1? I submitted mine in 5Sep14 and am waiting still.

Mine came back a little later than most. I called to check status once and they told me that the examiner would probably change. Not sure why it changed but it added about a week before it was approved.

I was looking at the same stock for my SBR. How has it worked so far? Do you notice any difference between that and a standard RE and stock?

Any reason you went with the Ultra compact stock as opposed to just the compact stock?

It functioned flawlessly when I took it out yesterday. No noticeable difference from a standard buffer tube and stock, just a little shorter
