ASA update on ATF's 41p proposal

The ASA met with the ATF earlier this month regarding King Barrack's proposal to add the CLEO sign off to trusts and NFA items.

ASA has published the results of their meeting here:

Basically, the ATF received approximately 9,500 comments. The ATF threw out about 1,000 comments for various reasons, and no action is expected for approximately one year.
