Also, please send a note to the Chair and Co-Chair on the Judiciary committee, Laurie Jinkins and Drew Hansen.

See, this is all new and "foreign" to me. Can the Form 1 be filled out prior to purchasing any NFA item?

A Form 1 is for "making" an SBR or SBS. I am not a lawyer, but I do not see why you could not start the trust paperwork and engraving now.

This is not legal advice, amount of actual hair regrowth is dependent on user genetics, and your mileage may vary.

FWIW, there is some discussion if form 1s are going to be ok. A little quirk in the wording of the law. Sounds like there is a request in to the AG to clarify. YMMV.

To all the Washingtonians who pounded the pavement, keyboards, and let your voices heard, congratulations on a job well done. It isn't a done deal yet but I know that keeping the pressure up can get results. Last year in Oregon, Dems in the State legislature were trying to pass at least five bills to limit access of firearms. The Oregon Firearms federation (OFF) did a fantastic job of keeping the public informed and organizing rallies at the State Capitol. Wish you all the best and a hearty Bravo Zulu.
