That is a pretty knife, and M390 is basically the stainless version of CPM-M4 so you can have it without the ugly cerakote grey "clear". It is sans carbide tip though.

Well, I guess that's another reason for me to skip it, then.

I am more a spyderco guy than a benchmade guy and I still like the features of that knifeworks exclusive contego

m390 is an amazing steel
it is among my favorites with vg10 and cts-xhp

I would add zdp, s90v, D2, sleipner, niolox to the list of super steels. This will increase your options without losing the quality of steel.

if you find some options that include those blade steels and the feature set i laid out, please share. i thought i scoured high and low for all the available options, but i could be very shortsighted.

There is the Knifeworks exclusive 810-1401 Contego: Black and blue G10 scales with M390 blade.

Sure it's another Contego, but it's a special and limited run Contego.

(And I'm tempted to buy one myself even though it does almost nothing my 275 Adamas doesn't already do. And how many huge folding knives do I need? I do love black and blue G10, though.)

I would consider loosening your requirements and getting a dedicated glass breaker

I like the spring loaded type

trying to get all these things into the same package is just going to lead to compromised design. I would rather carry a knife I really like and a glass breaker than a knife I got simply because it mixed both requirements together
