Just comms are slow. Work has me in and out. Things may be slow with local LE as it's a holiday weekend.
Everyone should contact their banks as well as PayPal. I'll post more as I have it and I'm sorry for the intermittent comms.

I got my money back today. Spoke to customer rep at paypal, made them aware of the fraud. They are looking into filing fraud charges and will not process any of the sellers accounts.
Hope everyone gets their money back.

Did you get your money back through the claim or did you just call them?
Today was the 11th day since I filed my claim. I called Paypal and they expedited the return of my money and it showed up in my account while I was on the phone with them. They stated that it would have showed up on the 11th day anyway but sped it up since I called in FYI.
I got it back through the claim, but I had to call and speak to customer service.
They credited my acct while I was on the phone with them.
Very glad to hear that the refunds are starting to flow. I hope everyone gets back every nickel.
Called paypal and they too expedited a full refund.
That's good news.
I called and they told me I'd get my refund the 28th unless the seller answers their emails.
