LOL Old school can still get the job done!

I find that it works quite well with a Malkoff LED.

Good to know! Can you tell us which Malkoff LED you are running what Lumens output you are getting?

Bodies are here on our website: http://www.gandrtactical.com/cgi-bin...=action&key=WG

I was using the Malkoff M61L. It's actually the low output model that only puts out 175 Lumen with a run time of 5 hours off two CR123 batteries. I wasn't trying to go super bright but rather for something bright enough with longer run time. The LED unit was installed in an old style Surefire Z32 bezel. I had it mounted at 1 o'clock with a VTAC light mount on the top rail and I used a Surefire SR07 switch also mounted on the top rail. It was plenty bright for my needs and easily activated with either hand.

I gave it to family member in the service so I don't have any pics of Malkoff LED installed. I need to set up another one soon.

One of these days these bodies will be gone and I will be pissed that I did not squirrel away a half a dozen.
