Can the slide on this new HK be milled for a RDS?

The mag prices will come down after the VP9 has hit the shelves. With as many Striker people that are out there, who already don't really want to pay more for a firearm, the mags will have to go down. I think $35 is very reasonable and they would sell well at that price point.

In celebration of Ramadan, I'll be eating Pork all month. You're Welcome.
Agreed. I picked up the majority of mine all at once for $32 each and I'm kicking myself as the seller had 10 lightly used for $29 each at the time.
Yes, they are more expensive that Glock mags, but HK always has been - and the mags are very stout.
Also they are far from the really expensive 45 and P7 HK mags...
I am looking at three SKU's of VP9's at a major distributor and they come with two or three magazines not one. Grant has great prices on P30 magazines according to what my distributor has listed as dealer.
No, there are no VP9's in stock...yet.

Since these are now really out of the wild and being sold, I really hope we get some more range reports and such. The texture of the grips on the VP9 is not the same as the P30 even though they do look very much alike in the photos. I know a lot of people have talked about a higher axis of boreline. It doesn't appear that way to me. In addition, the way the grip is contoured, it truly looks like one is able to dig his or hand into the grip and get a very positive hold if you know what I'm saying. It is very very rare that a gun is released ahead of schedule and before when most people anticipate its release (mid July), but it seems like this might be the case here.
I wonder what percentage of the parts on the VP9 will interchange with the P30. Obviously the sights and magazine, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were more parts that were either interchangeable or substantially similar.
I'm just happy the thing actually came into bring when they said it would

Is this a 'pre-cocked' striker like the PPQ, or is it more Glock like?
