    Shepherd scopes

    Anyone have any experience with shepherd scopes?

    I have had 2 Shepherds. The first was their "all rounder'' [no longer offered, I believe] which you could rotate a second turret to choose 1 of 3 avail. reticles.
    I had a parallax problem with this one that was never able to be corrected by them.
    The other was their 3-9[10?] with the P1 reticle. Never had a problem with the scope.
    Both had great glass but I could't get used to the 'clutter' of the circles. What I also found was that although the circles were close for a lot of calibers/loadings , none were an "exact" fit. You either settled on the bottom end of the ranges being good and fudging on the longer ones ,or as I did, setting it up for the longer ranges and fudging less on the lower ranges.

    From what I hear , my experience with their customer service [bad] is the norm.
