Hey bro,
You will need the special VIS bbl nut wrench, which is used to remove and install bbls in the VIS system.
It's really very easy.
I've actually got a VIS wrench that I've never used, and I was going to put it up for sale. Contact me if you are interested.
I will try to find a pic online, as I know I've seen them before.

Here it is. Scroll down and see the wrench shown in the pic. Basically, all you do is remove the bottom rail of your VIS, and you have access to teh bbl nut.
The only difference with the VIS setup, is you cannot make FULL turns when torquing the bbl nut down. You are limited to shorter strokes, which is no problem at all.
Very easy to do.
