What are you looking for? Got a couple on a few SBR's... Link you put up does not work. Little more info in your original post and you might get some instant answers. Plenty of guys here on M4C run the Mk18/Mk12 KAC sight.

It doesn't lock. The front tower just folds up or down and is retained by a detente. It's not my favorite sight because I can't lock the post in the up position and in order to zero it I had to unscrew the front post so much that it wobbles. If they weren't made by KAC I don't think anyone would be looking to use them. They seem to have a desirability or mystique associated with an them because they're made by KAC, expensive, hard to find, and is issued to Special guys in the military.

Like i already sead, google pic's do not reveal much !
But from some angles it seems there is something like a leaf spring at the bottom of the fixed part.
is this what you mean ? with a "retaining dentete"

There's nothing locking the tower in place either up or down. That leaf spring just provides a little resistance to moving the tower.

Trust me it's not going to "fall down."
The detent is stout. And taller replaceable front sight posts are available for those SBR's that need more counter-clockwise rotation for zeroing, especially a 100 M zero.
Does not lock because there were an equal number of Users (for and against) who were concerned about breaking off a locked flip front post if it hit against an immoveable object.
