car/m-4 in 7.62x39 build

i am thinking of building a 7.62x39 m-forgery.

no real reason for it--got a few AK's and AR/m4s.

i have seen a few MGI's but that would be too easy (and expensive-LOL)

i was wondering if anybody out there has built a 7.62x39 m4 that could share some of their experience?

I believe you'll have magazine feeding issues. I don't know of any reliable high cap mags available. Standard mags usually only can be loaded with 6 rounds without having malfunctions.

there are some mags that should work. and the franken mags can still be made so the mag issue is not what it was.

If my only source for magazines was Cproducts, I wouldn't buy the gun.

please note i asked for people with experience with the 7.62x39 versions and folks that have built such a firearm recently. what i want is actual user/owner/builder input and data.

as far as all the possible problems with such a project from a hypothetical standpoint i am aware of them.

I know this is not what your looking for but since you mentioned the 7.62x39 AR I just thought that I would look around and see what I could find.
With ammo prices being what they are I can see why someone would like to change over.
