A panel of experts will be brought in to analyze each of the submissions, the best pictures and captions will receive a prize. We will need an unbiased 3rd party so maybe FourGuysGuns would be willing to do the honors. If there are submissions from females between the ages of 21-30 we should probably have Max Ordinate Academy handle it though...
