Doesnt matter what sort of sight in it took previous to the video, 1k with a 9mm is godlike.

Can you even see the target at 1000 yards without magnification? Not to mention you would have to point the revolver so high up that the target would not even be in the sight picture. I almost want to call BS on this one. I know who he is, but maybe he is just playing with us this time?

Love all the free stuff on the walls behind him at the end of the video. Love to have his gig.

    EDITED TO ADD:
Actually just came across this on another form:

"Sure did not look like he was holding very high? Looked like a flat hold. Check 48 secs in.

Would Jerry play with us like that? I think so...with a flat hold it is about 236 feet of drop. Most men can't hit a thousand yard shot with a sniper rifle. I will go ahead and raise the BS flag. He would not even be able to see that balloon or target at that range and the MOA would be a whopping 271. Can't believe it, I think he is pulling one over on us. The Legend of Jerry...he is good but not that good.

That steel is bigger than our 1000 yard targets and you can see our when they're painted well. Even if you can't clearly see the target, if you know where it it relative to the backstop, that's enough to take a hold over aim... since the gun is going to be blocking the gong anyway.

I can't see Miculek faking this.

I agree. I also think that if he was trolling everyone, it would have been revealed at the end of the video, or at least shortly thereafter that it was a hoax.

Intentionally misleading his fans in a hoax trick-shot would be highly damaging to his brand and reputation if it were ever found out. For a man of his accomplishments and bona fides I highly doubt he would risk all that for YouTube views. Now if it was Criss Angel performing the shot.....then call bullshit all you want. In the meantime, he gets the benefit of the doubt.

I agree. Now I do suspect that they'd tried this a bit before busting out the balloon and camera crew. But none the less, I believe he did it.

My thoughts exactly. Doubt seriously he just walked out and threw lead down range. Doesn't change the fact that he did it when I wouldn't have come within 30 yards of that target!

I think I'd feel good about coming within 300 yards of the target...
