BCM does make a very good BCG.
I agree for the barrels, but wasn't sure with regards to the uppers, hence my question.

They really have me wondering how their quality is nowadays since it seems RCA makes their fancy new BCG.

I'll second the VLTOR MUR suggestion.

Wish I had made this a poll... I'm now considering the Gen III as well as BCM and MUR.

The MUR looks cooler, that's the only advantage

I guess the only advantage is aesthetic..... Aside from the exacting tolerances, hand finishing, and higher rigidity of the design. Purely aesthetic.

You won't go wrong with anything BCM or Noveske. If you like the idea of an upper that is built like a tank, go for the MUR, which is top quality as well.

If memory serves, didn't you have a kaboom awhile back where the VLTOR upper contained all the carnage? I remember being impressed by the damage remaining inside.

I would say that the Vltor MUR is the best out there, and that the Noveske or BCM are about equal.
In no way do I make any money from anyone related to the firearms industry.
