Normally Troy rails do not facilitate the use of KAC rail panels. Just saw some pics of a Troy DI rail with KAC cuts. Have they changed these to use KAC panels?

Yes, I believe the new ones allow for the KAC panels.

Thanks. The 11 rib panels cover an entire carbine length rail, correct?
