It's often quicker to find out from us, here if it's actually a problem worth bugging the dealer or Mfg.

Exactly... I figure Grant and BCM are very busy, and I knew someone knowledgeable here would respond very quickly. Besides, now there's a thread for other people to search for who may have a similar issue in the future.

It's such a simple fix that it's hardly worth bothering a dealer over, and it's easy enough to come up one turn off (+ or -) that no one should feel slighted by it being posted on a forum.

It's a balance between keeping people from dragging a company's name through the mud for something they've not had the opportunity to rectify, and little stuff that can be corrected on the customers end.
