    M4 waffle or a MOE.

    It's just a stock.
I like one with a longer toe, it makes it quick to mount.
No big wide cheek weld to interfere with weird positions.
No QD swivels to twist, break, malf, or inadvertently pop off.
No sticky rubber pad to snag clothes while shouldering.
No unnecessary locks, storage, adjustable modular bs.
Was already on the Colt or BCM when I bought it.

Interesting you mention that, apparently that's a selling feature on the Bravo but I ditched all mine bc the uber sticky buttpad annoyed the hell out of me.

I like the SOPMOD, the B5 Bravo, and the standard M4 stocks.

I stick with the military stock, military pistol grip, and skinny CAR handguards.

    (I'm effing boring, I know.)

The new MOE SL stock does very well in the mission of an all round good carbine stock.

I know I am biased but even putting it against the other stocks that I helped design, such as the CTR, the MOE SL is better.

B5 SOPMOD, as Munch said plus the QD's are rotation limited so your sling doesn't get twisted up. I use SOPMODs on all my AR's, personal and issue.

The new BCM GFS stock does very well in the mission of an all round good carbine stock.

I know I am biased but even putting it against the other stocks that I helped design, such as the IMod, EMod, the BCM GFS is better.

I like the B5 SOPMOD. Simple design, cheaper than the LMT, fits fairly tight, and looks good.

I just ordered one of the new BCM stocks. We'll see if it beats out the B5 SOPMOD.

Transforms weapon into a shoulder-fired weapon.

Has adjustable positions, to accommodate smaller shooters, body armor, or bulky clothing.

Looks cool as hell with M-Frames.

The only negative to this stock is the lack of cool guy appeal, and no QD socket.

LOL! My favorite stock. And usually if you can't find a "takeoff" that someone wants to discard in favor of his ninety-dollar-whatever then you're not looking hard enough. I think I paid a whole twenty bucks at a show for my last stock.

I have been known to remove the rear sling loop depending on whether I can thread my sling through the slot. That loop just snags on too many things if it doesn't actually have a sling through it.
