Trouble finding 00 Buck ?

Does anyone have trouble finding reasonably priced 00Buck at there favorite GS? The reason I ask is that at my favorite GS where I usually have no issues with most ammo, it is scarce. They have an entire isle devoted to shotgun ammo. One full side is slugs, one full side is game loads. Any brand or shot you would want. The only stuff am I am looking for is on a small end cap with a couple selections of 5packs. No 25 count boxes.

If anyone has a good online site that sells cheap, let me know. Thanks!

I get my shotgun ammo from SGAmmo.com. They sell my preferred stuff in 5-round boxes, 50-round packages, and 250-round cases. I do a fair number of shotgun classes a year, and usually split a 250-round case of buck with a friend. I burn through just 50 or so slugs a year, so I usually just order a case every other year.

Personally, I'm a fan of the Federal FliteControl 8-pellet Reduced Recoil 00 Buck, and the Federal Tru-Ball Deep Penetrator Slugs. They tend to do well in all my shotguns. The Brenneke slugs are nice, but availability can be a challenge.

I couldn't find any 00 buckshot where I live, they were always out and if they had it in stock it was around $13-$17 per box of 5. I ended buying me a Lee shotshell reloader and made four-hundred 00 buck shells. Just another route to consider.

A couple of weeks ago Woodbury Outfitters had Federal 00 on sale. 175 rounds in Federal ammo can for $95. Free shipping on orders over $100. 350 rounds delivered to my door for $196. Like IG said... It's there if you look for it.

There is plenty of 00 buck on the shelves of my local retailers.

However, finding my preferred load, Federal PD132 00 locally takes some work.
