Inforce WMLx & APl Weapon Lights....

Got them both a couple weeks back from Impact Weapons Components..VERY fast shipping and best price I could find. Ive used IWC before, and will again.
Now..the APL. Just today had a chance to get range time with it on my G17 & G41 Glocks. Stayed put on both for 150 rounds each. Light is robust, easy to use, I see all "pro's" & no "cons" for my use. Really well thought out features, imo.
The WMLx is AWESOME. 500Lumens. Ive got it on a Thorntail Offset 1913 mount. All obtained from IWC. I do not have range time with the light on the weapon yet. Mount is very solid, and with the Bravo Company Short Vertical grip, it is very ergonomical, and the non- firing hand rests very naturally on the mounted light. This, along with a few more items, was a major purchase for me, my last for a long time, and I wanted to get what I felt was the best I could afford. I feel I did.
More range time coming soon, but no need to add more unless something negative occurs. These are nice weapon lights, and affordable also.

Don't forget Inforce has great CS in my experience. Had a tail cap on my 6vx light stop working, emailed them and the aut response said they'd reply within 3 days. Reply took 5 minutes....literally! They are even shipping a new tail cap to me at no charge!

I am considering getting rid of my WML. I have the same setup but bought the momentary by mistake. I am not pleased but that has nothing to do with the quality of the product.

Trying to decide between inforce or surefire. I've done lots of reading on pros and cons of each.

Have any of you ran surefire? Do you prefer the inforce? I have never owned weapon mounted light for rifle or pistol.

I run a surefire 951 with 265 lumen led drop in on my work rifle. The pressure switch allows me more freedom for hand placement. The WML set up on my personal rifle requires me to use an aggressive c clamp grip that I haven't quite gotten comfortable with. I swear by the Surefire X series for a pistol light.

Don't have a APL yet, but have a couple TLR1-HL, it is a nice light.
