11.5 & Mini SUPPRESSORS?

Just curious how many are running a mini suppressor on an 11.5, how it compares to a full size can and what your preference is (full size vs. Mini). NFA bug hit me this year, I have 2 SOCOM RC's & 2 Minis inbound, I planned to use the RCs on the 11.5s and Minis on 14.5s but now I'm debating on grabbing a couple of Minis to give myself that option on the 11.5s...

This.. I think my 14.5's with Minis are still louder then my 11.5s with full size cans. I put my KAC QDC CQB on a 13.7 and that's probably the shortest I plan on running with a Mini now that Ive tried many combos. Even though a 11.5 with mini feels and looks pretty dang sweet, it's still pretty loud.

This is what's always prevented me from committing to a 5.56 suppressor. I'm more interested in running .300 BLK or 7.62 suppressed.

Nothing supersonic will be hearing safe. Just buy the 5.56 can and try to have earpro on when you use it.

I've got a Surefire SOCOM 5.56 mini with a brake, on an 11.5. I still wear ear pro, but the concussion is significantly reduced.

Anyone happen to have a pic of 2 11.5s, one with an RC and one with a Mini? I know it's only 1.2" difference but it seems that 1.2" may seem like a significant reduction in length...
