    EDIT:

And yes, before anyone asks, I was wearing eyepro.
The PRIs we were issued are straight garbage. I havent seen one on a MK18 in a long time.

What did you guys use? Standard GI or could you go with COTS?

Ones we had had standard charging handles that most guys would put extended latches on, this was back in the day before the RIS II came out. after the bcm charging handle came out a lot of guys bought those

Its a personal choice. Everything from standard USGI to aftermarket latches to BCM gunfighters.

Ill check what the factory MK18 uppers come with now, but I want to say the USGI handle.

This is from a buddy that flew the 10th group guys around Central Africa. He said the majority of the 18's he saw were set up like this one. They ran them stripped down with NT4 cans.

Lol there is no context to that statement, it could have been a staff or c2 element which would partly explain why no peqs or lights. Any sort of DA element (cif) in this case would have their shit all gangster out.

The the old school nt4 has almost been completely phased out almost everyone is running the new socom cans.
