    BCM Lower Buffer

I apologize if this is an inappropriate question, but I'd appreciate some advice. I purchased a BCM lower and it came with the following buffer described as: USGI H Buffer (1 USGI Tungsten, 2 Steel). I'm not sure what this means, and I'm not sure if this is what I need for what I intend to do with my BCM upper. I purchased a 11.5" upper and plan to run it suppressed a lot.

Can somebody advise me please me on if this is the proper buffer?

I see a lot of people recommend the H2 and heavier on a pistol/sbr configuration. I suggest you take a look at the ar pistol and pistol caliber ar section as there is all this information available.

Some good info here. Talks about carbine buffers as well as A5 system.
