I am glad to hear about the delay. The whole 41P business has me pretty irritated. I'm going to see if I can get another 3 stamps by May.

If it does come back on line (permanently) by SHOT...that would be great but I'm skeptic. However the paper form processing time seems ridiculously quick now. I went pending on 7/15 for a form 4 and got approved on 10/30. GRANTED, the check was cashed in April but it did not officially go pending until 7/15.While certainly ambitious, it is more likely that it will launch sometime in Q2, 2015.

Worst case scenario, now that Scott has won and we have quasi repub super majorities in both state house and state senate, we get "shall certify"... I wouldn't lose any sleep or go into debt over it.
