    My first suppressor was also a Surefire SOCOM556–RC.
    But I don't know if you have been warned of how easily you could become addicted to buying all these NFA toys.

    Off-topic but I need to mention that your handguard isn't attached to the barrel nut. My apologies if someone else spotted it before I in another thread, but it was bothering me.
    In heavenly love abiding, no change my heart shall fear;
    and safe is such confiding, for nothing changes here:
    the storm may roar without me, my heart may low be laid;
    but God is round about me, and can I be dismayed?

    Got my CLEO signature and fingerprint cards yesterday. Just need my passport photo and turn in my check.

    I may still set up a trust at a future date, as my main concern is transferability in the event that something happens to me. I'm not concerned with getting in trouble for someone having and using my suppressor without me present, as I'm not one to let anyone borrow my weapons. My suppressor will stay with me at all times whether it's mounted on my truck gun or on my Recce at the range or coyote hunting.

    You will have to retransfer them into the trust if you do it later.

    Yes sir, that is the process. Another tax stamp sucks but at least I will have the suppressor in my possession as I'm waiting for it from ATF.
