IDPA rulebook update/possible new division

I also like the optics division and think it should include mounted lights as well. While not super-popular for carry, defensive, and tactical use "yet", the small slide mounted dots are absolutely viable and will only get more popular moving forward.

This would be a great division to compete with a well-equipped home defense optic and light mounted G19/17 or similar.

I think these two divisions better represent the true meaning of IDPA then their stupid vests do.
