Wrong serial # on a form 1

I was just denied on my form 1 because she said SBR-##### on a spike lower isn't the serial number I have to leave the SBR out does that sound right I thought it was the serial #!

You added "SBR" as a prefix to the actual serial number?

I'm struggling to get a clear idea of what you mean... but it sounds like "she" is correct. You can't just add letters to the serial number.

I have a spikes lower that the Serial includes SBR-##### on a form 1 and was approved. This was a few years back though. I would assume its a mistake that it got rejected. Call them. There pretty good about fixing mistakes if its on there end.

The actual numbers from spikes on the receiver include SBR from the factory on stripped receivers. Has to be short for Spikes B... R.... or something.

My LMT, has LMT in front of it and I have always included everything thats there on the receiver. Never had one come back denied. Call them. I bet you have your stamp by weeks end.
