Do them through a company like eurooptics who may even sign up for a dozen just to exclusively stock them, and they might be able to take payments beforehand so people don't just vanish, like a pre-order.

So why is the 24mm preferred over the 32mm, doesnt the 32 give you better light transmission?
I'd be really interested in this.
The 24mm is 2oz lighter and 2" shorter. The exit pupil is a little smaller, which is noticeable at 10x.
