Forgot the name of this powder measure...

I saw it in a gun magazine a few months ago and it looked interesting.

Now that I'm getting back into reloading I forgot the name of it and I want to do more research.

I remember it was kind of expensive and was handheld like the RCBS Little Dandy, but you pushed it into the mouth of the case to dispense the powder.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yeah I feel like a dummy.

I was trying to think of the name and I just remembered it was a powder measure that was quick.

Turns out it's actually called the Quick Measure.

I looked into it a bit more, and it doesn't seem to be worth the money.

Thanks for taking the time to look around though.

I tried one a while back, and the setup was a PITA so I sold it and bought a Redding BR30 and polished the hopper. I would still like to try one again someday, but the largest extruded powder I have been using is 8208xbr and that meters pretty well in my BR 30.

You could purchase the setting guage to make setting up the charge tubes quicker, but that is an extra $60 on top of the $160 for just the basic set up.

I think if you were using mostly large extruded powders all the time than a Quick measure may be a good purchase.
