Yes, the offset picatinny mounts will use the new parts.

They're on the mills, right now. Probably a few weeks out depending on anodizing, which has been very slow lately. The new version has a stronger ring and clamp, and has a smaller footprint when installed on the handguard. We've also switched to BCM's reverse threaded KeyMod screws for the KeyMod version, and are using larger hardware on the M-Lok version (less chance of stripping out screws either way).

Hey Will, I saw earlier in the thread you occasionally have blems or spares. Any luck on a 300 series in black. About to throw my first light on a buy once cry once build Ive started and only want to go with your products. Im adding a offset mount and switch from your store when the lights are in stock if not.

Sorry, no blemished lights right now. I don't normally sell a complete blemished light until all the components are blemished.
