I'll go forth with the dremel and cutting disc to make the slot. Thanks.

Blue 242/243 is normally fine, as long as you don't use too much. Purple works, too.

The new Malkoff heads have the following specs:

E2ST (Super Throw) - 20,000 lux at 1 meter and 650 initial/550 continuous out-the-front lumens. Very focused beam.

    E2S (Super) - 12,000 lux at 1 meter and 750 initial/700 continuous out-the-front lumens. Much more spill.

Continuous run time for either is 15-20 minutes on 2x CR123 cells or 45-60 minutes on 1x 16650 cell. In real world use where you turn the light on and off and don't use it continually, the run times will be much longer.

For comparison purposes, the latest Surefire M600U is approximately 14,000 lux at 1 meter and 620 initial/530 continuous out-the-front lumens.

Same thing happened to me. Same solution was used. It worked. I knicked the edges and used alumablack. The gear sector mounts are much worse an issue.

I just wrench the **** out of everything. I need a way to fix the blind nuts on my 4Runner for the skid plates

Success! I managed to leave the mount itself unscathed. Paging Slippers to buy another screw due to my stupidity.

Are you ever going to make any more of the KeyMod Inline Ring Mounts? I've been trying to get one since Christmas.

They're on the mills, right now. Probably a few weeks out depending on anodizing, which has been very slow lately. The new version has a stronger ring and clamp, and has a smaller footprint when installed on the handguard. We've also switched to BCM's reverse threaded KeyMod screws for the KeyMod version, and are using larger hardware on the M-Lok version (less chance of stripping out screws either way).

    For realz.

My replacement screws have already arrived and I'm back in action. All because I wanted to move the light to the other side for uniformity across the sticks.

I was thinking more like this Fab Defense plus this Arisaka Defense (short 3 slot rail), but integrated into one low-pro direct M-lok/KM mount, hopefully in 1" and 1.25" loop sizes.

Will, does what you have drawn up look anything like what I described?

Somewhat, but without the 1913 rail, and as close to the handguard as we can get it.
