Slippers, is there anything in the works or has there been any interest in an extended scout mount for the CMR? I really like the simplicity of your offset mount and Centurion's scout mount but with the QD cup being where it is, the CMR in particular suffers from suppressor shadow terribly. My single cell Arisaka/Malkoff on a Centurion mount doesn't stand a chance with a Specwar 5.56.

It's probably a pretty small niche but figured I'd ask. I'm picturing some type of inline and offset marriage. maybe 1 piece or an extension piece for the offset mount.

Yeah, I run into the same problem since I have a Saker 762. It's a bit long. I typically choose the 2 cell scout for use with my CMR equipped upper for this reason.

I'll talk to Walt about it. I can't see us doing a dedicated one piece mount to cantilever a light forward, because it would only work on one side. Perhaps an adapter plate would work. That would be simple and relatively inexpensive, and also function across all the offset mounts.

I need to get a pic of my Scout and finger stop combo. I'm still liking the finger stop at the 4 o'clock position.

I still have a bunch of Solarforce lights that make great weapon lights.

I ended up moving the mini scout to a shorter gun. The 2 cell scout set up worked best on the longer KMR.

markm, I can't wait to get one of these in your hands. I'm tempted to send you one in the white, so you can play with it.

Edit: Do we need to make you a keymod tie-down mount for your paracord slings?

This is the first prototype of our new inline ring mount. Fits wonderfully on the KMR, of course. You can run the mount forwards or backwards, cantilever it, and shift the ring between 3 lateral positions for clearance. It places the light closer to the handguard than the BCM ring mount, too. Currently we are only doing a 1" ring, but may offer others eventually. In the last picture you can see just how tucked in the light is, considering it's a 1" diameter G2X compared to a Scout M300 on the left side.

This. In M-LOK, would go perfect on an ALG rail. Especially the ones without the slots at 3 & 6.

We're doing it for M-Lok and KeyMod. No worries there.
