I couldn't resist the 600. Thanks for the heads up.

Edit: Do we need to make you a keymod tie-down mount for your paracord slings?

This is the first prototype of our new inline ring mount. Fits wonderfully on the KMR, of course. You can run the mount forwards or backwards, cantilever it, and shift the ring between 3 lateral positions for clearance. It places the light closer to the handguard than the BCM ring mount, too. Currently we are only doing a 1" ring, but may offer others eventually. In the last picture you can see just how tucked in the light is, considering it's a 1" diameter G2X compared to a Scout M300 on the left side.
    That looks awesome.

as far as the paracord... I just unhooked my Izzy sling for the pic.

Slippers, I don't know if you care about the market segment but I picked up a 10.5 upper with a FSB and threw a Magpul MOE SL handguard on it. The M-LOK Polymer Cantilever Rail / Light Mount from Magpul kind of sucks for the new SL handguards as it doesn't kick the light out far enough and is bulky. You end up losing the additional length you gain by going with the SL model.

    Any thoughts?

The complete lights - Arisaka/Malkoff - are very nice, though mine was pieced together to the same spec as the 300 series above, not purchased complete. It's going to stay on the 45 degree of the KMR rail of my 10.5" SBR, using the excellent Arisaka inline Scount mount. Gets the light out beside the silencer, and mostly forward of the rail, so I have room for my hand on a 9" KMR.

Agreed. There are no good options out there other than Magpul's cantilever mount. Especially not a 1" ring mount like IWC's MOE offerings.

Do you want more cantilever than the Magpul mount offers? Just trying to clarify.

Personally, I'd like to get something like http://www.impactweaponscomponents.c...ht-mount-1-00/ that will work on the below setup. Due to how high and far back from the FSB the front MLOK slot is, IWC's setup would sit too high, and not extend far enough forwards if I were to utilize a MOE to MLOK adapter and IWC's mount.

Edit 1) Ideally, i think I'd like to mount it on the 3:00 side, and use my left thumb over top to hit the tail cap. Or mount on the 9:00 side, and use my left thumb in combo with a VFG or AFG. Magpul's cantilever plus a GG&G ring mount simply don't get high enough or far enough out.

Edit 2) I don't think your upcoming MLOK 1" ring mount will work, since the SL handguard has a ledge as it surrounds the FSB.

Yes but Texas is right, the ledge will be an issue unless like the cantilever it goes up over the mount. Their mount is just way too bulky and short. I dont care about rings as I will use your 300 Series Light.

I wish they hadn't put that ledge there. It'd be so easy to make a longer version of our inline mount, but adding clearance for that ledge means it would push the light further away from the rail system when used on a KMR or other rail that has 45 degree flats.
