Since you're filing as a trust, you don't file a 5330.20. If you're buying a suppressor or AOW, you leave the entire page two blank. If you're buying an SBR/SBS/MG/DD, the only thing you fill out on page two is box 15, and "all legal reasons" works fine (unless your particular state has wording requirements).

Nothing against any of them, but just because they're a lawyer or a dealer doesn't mean they know everything.

I recently had to tell a local dealer here to just send my form instead of sending it to me to sign (for a suppressor). He called the ATF to verify, and whaddya know, I was right. No telling how many customers he'd wasted that time and effort on.
