Looking for Flash Hider with Good Recoil Compensation

The Benny Hill Rolling Thunder comp I'm now running totally flattens recoil, but in addition to the substantial "thunder" also produces a huge fireball. Great for matches but not for anything else.

I know there is a huge selection of flash hiders available. I also realize that comps and flash hiders are 2 different tools, meant for different purposes. With that said though, there is some crossover among designs as far as how much reduction in both flash and recoil is achieved.

So I'm just throwing the question out to see if you all have any consensus, whether a particular make and model is widely favored to hide flash but also reduce recoil, at least by some margin.

Gun in question has a 16-inch barrel shooting mostly XM193 and equivalents.

    Thanks for any steers.

BCM Gunfighter and Battlecomp are the two that come to mind. Both will have a little flash, but still reduce flash a good amount.

I'm partial to the KAC MAMS.
    I shoot my ACC/ECC about the same as I do a Mk18.
While it reduces some of the "brake blast", it's still a brake and shows flash and lateral concussive force.

In case you can't see my sig line, I am a KAC employee.

+1 for the MAMS. On my 11.5 SBR, I found it to reduce flash more then my Battlecomp, and BCM comps on a 14.5's. IMO one of the best all around devices for any length barrel. And I am not a KAC employee

Precision Armament Afab mini works well with a lot less blast than my battle comp

+2 for BCM Gunfighter Mod 0. Reports from the lanes next to me are it is louder than standard, but not punishing.

Thanks for the replies. After looking at the recommendations, I'm leaning toward the BCM Gunfighter Mod 0 or the Precision Armament Afab mini.
