I've wanted one for awhile, but don't really care anymore. The Shield does everything that I'd want a single stack Glock 9 to do (and some things better, like have a legitimately good trigger thanks to Apex). All my other stuff is Glock 9mm, I understand the desire for commonality, but it's not like holsters would carry over between a theoretical Glock 43 and the other Glock 9s, and I'll just have to deal with having some extra small parts for the Shields.

I would be interested in one to go with my 19's, but it will probably never happen. Glock will make FS .380 first and then something else useless.
If Glock makes a single stack 9mm I would rather it was closer in size to a PPS or Shield. Would also like the same magazine options as a PPS. Otherwise I'll just stick with a Shield.
Got tired of waiting and bought a Walther PPS a couple of years ago. Problem solved.
I would like a single stack & the long rumored carbine (details dependent), but don't expect much innovation from Glock unless it comes in the form of a caliber we don't want/need.
I'm in the process of selling my Gen 4 G-26. Now that winter is here, I don't need to replace it immediately. However, I will replace it by springtime. Either with a SS Glock 9mm if one is made, or a Shield with Apex trigger upgrades. If a Shield comes home with me, Glock lost a sale because I'm not going to switch after the purchase is made. I'm done waiting...
What if this whole crusade's a charade?
And behind it all there's a price to be paid
For the blood which we dine
Justified in the name of the holy and the divine…
Not to high jack too much, but am I the only person that wants a Glock .22lr?
