    I have a feeling that Eugene is wishing he made this design a little less modular.....

    Wait a second- we had a guy here do this too- some of you might remember- a few years back a guy tried to change a carbine gas system to a midlength. Drilled new gas port, moved FSB, never filled original gas port.... It was here on M4C. Can't find the thread.

    I do remember that thread. I'll help you look for it. If I remember correctly, he couldn't figure out why it wasn't cycling either.

    This thread is amazing. I cannot wait for more!!!

    Also, I couldn't care less what you guys say, I'm moving all my carbine hand guards forward to where I think they should be. Much more tactical.
