I did not know the man quoted above, and joined this Forum after his passing. He seemed to be a leader of men; both spiritually and physically. Someone we'd all be proud to emulate.

Well, considering it's not a factory cut away, I personally figured it factored as home gunsmithing. I mean what else do call it? Home cut awaying? Ergo, it is a form of gunsmithing, because there is in fact a gun involved in being "smithed" on.
