Picture is of a Bootleg copied from their site. Looks like they pre torqued the cap screws, marked them, removed and ground the slots, put the bolts back in then staked the GB material into the slots. Probably more reliable than impacting the serrations and the normal way but me thinks it's overkill.

Man, I'm bummed. I just bought a CZ SP01. I needed the rear night sight pushed off, might try and resell them. Didn't want to bang on them with a hammer and drift. The shop "gunsmith" used some sort of pusher, but he partially flattened some of the nice and sharp cocking serrations. Broke through the polycoat too.
The biggest problem, aside from the complete ridiculousness of these apparati, is that the uneducated see it as an additional safety measure to put in place.
Politician with zero gun knowledge or experience, "I don't want to take away your right to carry, I just believe that it would make society a safer place if you carried your gun in a holster that had a lock, a retention lever, a built in taser, and was the size of a lunchbox."
