I am a huge fan of the 12.5" barrel. I feel that is is as close to the "do it all AR" as they come. It is short enough to work in vehicles and confined spaces yet it is long enough to reach out to 500 meters and can stabilize the heavier 5.56 rounds(MK262). Overall the best GP set up if you have only one rifle, I do not but that is irrelevant.
To start off I wanted to set this up as my primary carbine. So it is loaded to everything that I need it to do. I have had this in may different configurations over the last few years but this is the final product.

Not pictured is my very old BFG VCAS. I like the PMAG 40s as my first up mags and have PMAG 30s in mt kit. The custom paint job is just some Krylon colors I had, no real pattern just paind the stuff that was standing out. I still need to paint the DBAL-D2 and the Mini4.
