I noticed that. I think it's been moving up in numbers slowly due to word of mouth and that people may not have realized they had to confirm the email.

I think it's just registering the signatures, I think the number finally caught up with the actual website.

There's been multiple articles written about the website since the new administration took over. Even the WH stated they were having issues with the website.
