I'm pretty sure I remember Garin answering a similar question previously and stating it is not meant to suppress flash. If you have s brake and can at night, I'd say just run the can over it if you're worried about flash suppression.

For me, the Warden is great to run over a brake during a high volume class you don't intend to run the carbine suppressed.
