No there is not a minimum length for it. We will also be working on a 7.62 version.

I have a flash hider on my Mk18... Is this something that would really only benefit SBRs with brakes?

I think it would benefit any length gun with a break. Especially those standing next to you and Indoors

What's the blast devices's effect on the brake efficiency? Does it decrease functionality wrt recoil reduction and muzzle rise??
This seems great, especially at that price point. May just tip the scales in favor of SF as I save my pennies.
